Welcome to Harmony House Yoga
A nurturing environment for physcial, mental, and spiritual growth.
Meet your instructors!
hadyn Hebert
Hello, I’m Hadyn! I can’t wait to see you in class and share my passion for yoga with you! I am a Chippewa Falls native, and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). With over six years of practice, yoga has become a grounding force in my life, helping me in many aspects—mentally, physically, spiritually, and in overcoming injury. Witnessing these amazing benefits is what inspired me to get certified and use my voice to share this gift with others. I am passionate about creating a safe space for all students to come together in community and health, meeting their bodies wherever they are on any given day. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, spending time with my dog (and any pup I’m dog sitting), practicing yoga, and appreciating the life I’ve been blessed with. I look forward to guiding you on your yoga journey and creating a space for growth and connection!
Courtney Buchholtz
Hello, my name is Courtney! I am the owner of Harmony House Yoga, and have found my passion for yoga and wellness about 5 years ago. It has been incredibly life changing and important for me. I recently just started teaching, and am passionate about building strength, balance, and meditation for your practice. My goal as your instructor is to help you connect with yourself, focusing on your mental and physical health. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside, gardening, and running! I look forward to working with you in class!
Rhiana Erickson
Hello, I'm Rhiana! I am originally from the Eau Claire area but moved to Bloomer a little over three years ago. I started my training to be a yoga instructor in 2019 after discovering my love of flowing and a growing desire for new ways to settle my mind. I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and have taught various classes over the years both formally in a studio and informally for friends/family. Outside of the studio, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have a passion for the body-mind connection. I actively work to interweave practices from the mental health world with the yoga world, knowing how important both physical and mental wellness are! I strive for each person leaving my classes to have an increased sense of empowerment, a feeling of being grounded and rooted in the present, and a deeper awareness of the self. As a mom of two littles, 2 energetic dogs, and 3 cats, I am always looking for ways to calm the chaos. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, and you can usually catch me mid-dance party with my girls in the kitchen! I also enjoy reading, hand embriodery, making puzzles, walking, and tending to my many house plants.
Harmony House Yoga offers a variety of sessions for all levels of practitioners, in a calm and relaxing environment.
